SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (Canada): 2-3 business days
- Local Pickup (Mississauga): Available at 7202 Airport Rd., Mississauga. Orders ready within 24 hours during business hours.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.
Balloon Products
- Uninflated balloons ship flat via standard methods
- Inflated balloons with helium are available for local pickup only at our Mississauga location
- Helium inflation and ribbon included with pickup orders as mentioned in detail.
- Some Balloons are in packs, which doesn't include the helium inflation and ribbons. Helium inflation is charged separately for these products.
Tracking All shipped orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Delivery Issues If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping Currently, we ship within Canada only.
